What return policy do you follow?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and refunds unconditionally. However, we do not accept refunds for orders that are not quality problems, and customers should take the initiative to bear the shipping costs. If you are not satisfied with your bouquet wrapper within 24 hours of order delivery, please contact us to discuss a possible replacement. There are a number of options, including completely changing your arrangement, offering a credit towards a future purchase, or a full or partial refund.
